Terms of Service

As with any artist, I do have terms to using my artwork! By commissioning or buying from me, you agree to follow my terms of service, lest you be blocked.

Collective Terms:
-Refunds are given only at the discretion of the artist. I will not refund commissions unless I personally feel I cannot complete them in a timely manner, or I somehow lose the resources to complete said commission.
-Edits must be asked for within 2 days of purchase, otherwise the file is deleted on my end and cannot be adjusted.
-I WILL NOT rescind ownership of designs nor art. If you have qualms with me, or I to you, the art or design is still yours to do with as you wish. Simply do not use it to spread hatred to me or others, as such actions are spiteful and I will block you on all platforms.Commission Terms
-Please do not use my artwork without permission. If you paid for it, you may use it, otherwise you must ask for mine, or the commissioners permission.
-All payment must be up front through Paypal or Ko-fi. I unfortunately do not accept Venmo, but I may accept gift cards, depending on the time of year!
-My artwork is not to be used to train AI in any way shape or form. I do not support AI, Crypto, or any other form of technical art theft.
-Please do not edit my artwork. Small line edits are okay, but changing colors or design for characters is a no-no. Please ask me to fix it first.
-Do not print MY artwork for merchandise. Please ask if it's for personal use (Such as a personal keychain or sticker set!). See commercial clause for further details.Design Terms
-Adopts and character sales must happen in one payment unless the cost goes over $100 in which I will allow payment plans. I do allow holds, but not for months at a time.
-As long as the design is recognizable, you are free to redesign as much as you'd need.
-I do have aphantasia, so sometimes I'll make designs similar to others without realizing. If this is a problem at any point, let me know. I promise to correct it as I see fit.
-Zoophilia of my designs is not tolerated, and users found drawing NSFW of feral designs I have made will be blocked indefinitely.
-If you have a design I made, I do appreciate being notified if they go for sale/offers again. I don't always, but sometimes I like to get designs back.
-Commercial use clause: Adopts can be used for commercial use if a $30 fee is paid. As with my commission terms, do not use the original artwork for the merchandise or commercial work, however, commercial rights are granted after the fee is covered.
